From the Venice airport "Marco Polo":

Take the bus (ACTV) number 5 and get off at p.le Roma. Go to boat stops. Take boat number 51 or 61 for a quick ride, otherwise boat number 1 or 82 for a panoramic ride (through "Canal Grande"). Get off at Lido stop. Turn right and go straight to v. Sandro Gallo. The fourth street on your left is v. O. Partecipazio. Eventually you can take private transport with ALIlaguna (boat) to Venice.
